Terms of use
These terms apply to this website. By using it you accept them. Studio Parti is an architecture practice based in Québec City.
What this site is
The site presents our work and the services we offer. What we publish here is general information, offered in good faith. It is not architectural advice for any particular project, and nothing on the site forms a contract. We take on work only under a signed agreement.
Our content
The drawings, photographs, renderings, text, and the Studio Parti name and marks are ours, or used with permission. You are welcome to read the site, link to it, and quote briefly from it with credit. Reproducing, republishing, or using any of it commercially needs our written permission first.
Project imagery
Some images show concepts that were never built, and are labelled that way where they appear. Renderings are illustrative. They show an intention, not a finished building, and they are not a guarantee of any outcome.
Links to other places
The site links out to other places, including social media. Those places are not ours. We are not responsible for what they publish, or for how they handle your information once you leave this site.
Availability and accuracy
We keep the site running and current where we reasonably can, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of error, and we may change or remove anything on it without notice. So far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute belongs to the courts of the judicial district of Québec.
